What data we collect

This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising scripts. Data is collected only when you send it yourself through the demo form: name, company, phone, email and your message.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used solely to answer your enquiry about the showroom solution. Processing is based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the box when you submit the form, in line with Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, after that, for up to 3 years. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Who receives the data

The data is not sold and is not passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Enquiry notifications (name, phone, email, company, message) are forwarded to an internal working chat in Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc. / Telegram FZ-LLC). This is a transfer outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Union; the basis is handling your request (pre-contractual steps) and the controller's legitimate interest in replying promptly. Only employees who process the enquiry have access.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise them, write to the email address above. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).
